SF-1 and SF-7 baskets have
a sheet-metal front and back perforated with a 5/16” diameter staggered hole
pattern. The ends of the wires are electrically welded with wrapped around
top rim and zinc plated. Aluminum number plates can be attached, numbered
to your specification and a theft proof pilfer lids are also available.

The number 80 and 85
baskets are considered by the industry to be standard size since smaller
baskets have been found lacking in capacity and larger baskets often take up
valuable storage space. The aluminum number plate, numbered to your
specification, is an option available upon request.

Laundry or Checking
Pins: For efficient checking
system, we offer 2”, 4” and 5” checking pins. The 2” pins are numbered
with an attached metal tab. The 4” and 5” pins are numbered on the
head of the pin. |
Pilfer Guard: The optional sheetmetal
pilfer guard lid is designed for easy field installation. These guards are
fabricated from 20 gauge (.036”) material and finished in a bright zinc
electroplating and sealed.
