We have several varieties of makes & models in order to be diverse in the
industry. Thus we are able to form wire on these machines varying from 16ga.
(.062") diameter to 7/16" (.437") diameter. This can be done with both cold
rolled steel wire & stainless steel wire.

When quantity allows (starting at 20,000 pcs. Minimum) our multi-slide machine
is the answer. With speeds that supersede all other manufacturing methods, we
are able to produce parts at a price competitive with the industry.

advantage by using it to accurately machine welding frames, checking fixtures &
jigs with tighter tolerances. (these tolerances vary by material & application)

As stated before, no job is too large or too small & this is why we continue to
use these benders as the previous generation of our workforce did long ago. This
inables us to set up for very small quantities which are often required for
pilot runs on products that have the potential to turn into a major project in
the future.
