Progressive

Our in-house CAD/CAM department designs, dies, and programs parts for our CNC mills and wire EDM’s, allowing closer control of the dies during construction.

A three station 26″ X 50″ progressive die to produce a spoked end cap for a round blower fan. Notice smaller die on left end that can be interchanged in the press to allow producing open end cap.	16″ X 40″ full progressive die to pierce, form, cut off, and complete forming of a part made from .015 thick hastelloy material. Our in-house heat treating, with capacity up to 2200°, allows us to construct these dies using the long lasting powered tool steels.
